Can I see a sample of the fabric, thread or quilt before ordering?
You can order swatches of most of our fabrics or trims on our website directly from the product page. Please note that for quilts, specific color requests on samples cannot be accommodated. If you do not see a specific fabric or trim available online, please contact Customer Service, email@example.com, between the hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday, with your request and we will try to accommodate you.
Can I buy fabric by the yard?
Yes, you can purchase most of our fabrics by the yard directly from our website on the product page. Please note that yardage must be purchased in multiples of 3 yards. If you do not see a specific fabric available online or you have a specific inquiry about your yardage order, please contact Customer Service, firstname.lastname@example.org, between the hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday, with your request and we will try to accommodate you.
What are my Payment options?
HomeTreasuresLinens.com accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We unfortunately do not accept cash, check or money order on our online boutique. The transaction will be charged to your card at the time the order is placed.
Will Home Treasures send an order confirmation via email?
Yes, you will receive a message confirming your order within 24 hours at the e-mail address provided during checkout.
Is all the merchandise on HomeTreasuresLinens.com in stock?
Home Treasures is a completely bespoke line of luxury linens. This means that each product is only made at time of order, specifically for you. We do not keep finished products in stock, but instead, we try to maintain the most accurate and up to date textile inventory, so that we can produce your items in accordance with your order. We will notify you directly if a product’s availability changes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation via email, you will no longer be able to make any changes to your order through our website. Provided all our products are made specifically for you, at time of order, you will need to contact Customer Service, email@example.com, between the hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday, to discuss if any changes are possible prior to shipment.
How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive email confirmation of your order and notification of when the order has shipped along with a tracking number that you can use to track the shipment on UPS.com.
Can I order a style that has been discontinued?

What is Home Treasures online return policy?
At Home Treasures, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority, so we carefully inspect each order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage immediately. You have seven days to report any issues resulting from manufacturing error or fabric defect. In such cases, we ask you to contact Customer Service regarding the nature of the damage so that we can arrange for a replacement immediately.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund in the form of Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on your online proof of purchase, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Returns must be received within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you in the same condition as you received it, with original packaging and labels intact. We will not accept returns on products that have been washed or altered in any way. We also cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final-sale or special items, fabric yardage and sample swatches, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If we receive returns that do not comply with our policy, they will be returned to you and credit will not be issued.
How do I return merchandise?
You may return merchandise via UPS for Merchandise Credit or replacement, equal to the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges. Please ensure you keep your tracking number. If a return is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will refund the return shipping fee paid for the item(s). Returns must be received within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you in the same condition as you received it, with original packaging and labels intact. Please note that washing the product will void your ability to request a return.
To make a return and for detailed procedures for returning items, please contact Customer Service, firstname.lastname@example.org, between the hours of 8:30AM to 4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday. All returns require a Return Authorization Number that must be placed on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All products are shipped from our facilities in Houston, Tx, where each item has been individually crafted based on your specific order.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. You must provide us with a valid residential or business address in order to accommodate your request.
How much are you shipping charges?
All shipments are made via UPS. Shipping and delivery costs are calculated based on the cost of the order and is the responsibility of the consumer. All applicable duty, custom charges and taxes not included in the shipping charges are also the responsibility of the consumer.
What is your shipping time frame?
Provided Home Treasures is a completely bespoke line of luxury linens, we do not stock finished products at our facilities. Instead, we maintain a large inventory of textiles, imported from Italy, which are finished according to your specifications when you place the order. Thus, all our products are completely custom, made precisely with your style in mind. Sheeting & Duvet Covers, Matelassés & Blankets, Table Linens and Towels will be delivered in 1-3 weeks in most metropolitan areas, while Quilting Products have a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.
What is Home Treasures insurance policy?
All packages sent by Home Treasures are insured directly by the shipping company.
Can you customize your linens?
Yes, of course! This is Home Treasures’ specialty. Everything we do is custom. Each item we produce, is made specifically for you at time of order, thus we are able to customize merchandise in a number of ways. Do you have more color options?
Definitely – we have so many more color options for you to choose from. We’ve just shared a selection of those most in demand for our online boutique. Do you have more quilting options?
We sure do. We have simply chosen a subset of our most popular patterns and colors for our online boutique, to make the selection process a bit more streamlined. However, if you have something particular in mind, we suggest you visit one of our Retail Partners, who will provide you with the bespoke quilting experience, by offering you a step by step process, through which you select the pattern, fabric, color, finishing and size.
Do you offer monogramming?
Unfortunately, monogramming is not offered through our online boutique at this time. However, monogramming is a service we provide through our Retail Partners; they will be able to assist you with this additional personalization by offering our full suite of monogram styles and colors.
What is the correct way to list initials for a monogram?
When selecting a style for your monogram, keep in mind that the order of initials varies according to the style. For monogram styles in which the center letter is taller than the others, the order of initials is traditionally first/last/middle. For example, if your name is Sarah Mary Cameron, the monogram would be SCM. For styles in which all letters are equal in size, the order of initials should be first/middle/last. In this case, the monogram would be SMC. Note: Fitted sheets, dust ruffles and washcloths cannot be monogrammed.

How many Pillow Shams and Pillowcases do I put on a Bed?
The number of pillows you place on your bed largely comes down to personal preference. However, we can provide you with some standard guidelines based on the size of your mattress.

What is the difference between a Pillow Sham and a Pillowcase?
Pillow Shams are typically decorative covers, finished with a flange and an opening at the back. Provided they are not meant for sleeping, Pillow Shams can be made from heavier jacquards, matelassés, piqués and quilts, as well as basic sheeting fabrics. Pillowcases on the other hand, are the covering for your sleeping pillow, so the feel of these is extremely important to ensuring a good night's sleep.
What is the difference between a Coverlet and a Duvet Cover?
A Coverlet is the lightweight bedspread, available as quilted, matelassé or piqué, which covers the bed. A Duvet Cover is the protective and sometimes decorative covering for your comforter. All our photographs show beds styled with both – the Coverlet is laid over the mattress, while the Duvet Cover (and Duvet) are folded at the foot of the bed.
Are your Quilted Coverlets washable?
Yes, with the exception of a few quilts, our Quilted Coverlets are machine washable - that’s what makes these so great! Our Coverlets are made from the same Italian sateens and linens used in our sheeting, meaning that they are completely machine washable. Please see individual product pages for detailed care instructions.
What is the difference between dust ruffles with decking and one with paneling?
Dust Ruffles with decking consist of one piece, laid between the mattress and the box spring. The decking itself is a piece of material, to which the three bed skirt panels are attached. The entire mattress must be lifted to lay the bed skirt with decking in place, making it difficult to adjust or change. Dust Ruffles with paneling however, consists of three separate pieces, affixed to the box spring with special pins, supplied with the dust ruffles, making this style easier to adjust and change.
Are your Dust Ruffles Lined?
No, we do not line our dust ruffles. However, if this is something you require, please contact our Customer Service to ask about placing a special order.
How do I wash my linens?
We use only the highest quality textiles in creating our products, so with proper care, you can maintain the beauty and luxurious feel of your linens for many years to come. On each individual product page, you will find specific care instructions for that product.
In general, when washing your linens, please remember to use cold or warm water on gentle cycle (per the instructions on the care label) to avoid shrinkage and damage to the natural fibers. Never use hot water, fabric softeners or chlorine bleach, as these may result in discoloration of your linens and weakening of the fibers. We recommend using a mild or linen-specific detergent (added to the water while the tub fills instead of directly on the linens), without bleaching or brightening agents, to avoid discoloration during washing. Please note that some lotions and facial creams contain bleaching agents, which may cause discoloration over time with washing.
For stain removal, do not use bleach as it yellows the fabric and weakens the strength of your linens. We advise you to flush the stain with water and apply a concentrated solution of detergent to the spot. Do not rub the stain as it weakens the fabric, but instead dab the stain with a clean soft cloth and flush with water.
For products indicating dry clean only, please seek professional laundering care as hand or machine washing may cause excessive shrinkage or pilling.
How should I dry my linens?
On each individual product page, you will find specific care instructions. In general, most of our products, except those requiring dry cleaning or air drying, can be put in your dryer to tumble dry on a low heat setting. Never use a high heat setting, as it will weaken fibers, cause shrinkage and shorten the life of your linens. To minimize wrinkles and avoid broken fibers, we suggest removing your linens when slightly damp. Immediately pressing your linens with a warm iron (on the correct setting for the fabric type) will restore the smooth shine and body of day one. We do not suggest using starch and for products with delicate embroideries and laces, we recommend you iron on the reverse side of the fabric.
What is the shrinkage on your fabrics?
All natural fibers, such as cotton, will shrink to some extent. For all our machine washable fabrics, shrinkage will range from 2-5%. We have made our products to allow for this shrinkage; however, washing and drying linens on extremely hot temperatures will result in excessive shrinkage.
Products labeled as Dry Clean Only should only be cared for by professional laundering services as machine washing and tumble drying will result in high shrinkage and wrinkling.
How do I store my linens?
To lengthen the life of your linens, it is best to alternate between a minimum of three sets, to avoid repetitive washing and drying. Please make sure your linen closet is well ventilated and iron the linens and lay them flat in a dry environment. We do not recommend storing linens in plastic bags, as with time this can cause yellowing and discoloration. When storing linens for long periods of time, wrap your linens between cotton or muslin fabric.
